Freelance Insurance Trainer

As a Freelance Trainer in our organization, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for Banking, Insurance, and Softskills subjects both online and offline. You will play a crucial role in imparting knowledge on BFSI and Soft-skills to aspiring students in the BFSI sector. To ensure that you are well-equipped for this role, you will undergo Master Training for Train the Trainer program to meet our training standards and expectations. For Banking & Finance Trainers, we require a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the BFSI industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a trainer. On the other hand, Soft-skills Trainers should possess relevant certifications and experience in soft skills training, with a preference for those who have delivered soft skills training specifically for the BFSI industry. This is a freelance position with a contract length of 36 months. The working schedule is during the day shift, and the work location will be in person.
