Freelance Digital Marketing Executive

We are a growing interior design and modular furniture company based in Kolkata, catering to premium residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online presence through targeted digital campaigns and web analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Track, evaluate, and report on performance metrics to guide marketing decisions.
• Regularly update and maintain the company website (WordPress/Wix/other CMS).
• Ensure seamless tracking (UTM, conversion, events, goals) and troubleshoot tracking issues if any.
• Recommend and implement SEO improvements and content suggestions.
• Create and manage monthly ad budgets and campaign reports.
• Suggest new digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics (GA4), and other website tracking tools.
• Knowledge of basic website CMS management (WordPress/Wix/others).
• Strong understanding of SEO, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and performance-based advertising.
• Ability to create and interpret ad performance reports.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Based in Kolkata (mandatory for occasional in-person team discussions, if needed).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
• Prior experience with interior design, architecture, or furniture brands is a bonus.

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Flexible part-time hours (approx. 10–15 hours/week)
• Freelance/Contract basis with monthly retainer + performance bonuses based on lead generation
• Remote work setup

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
