Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities. Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Follow up with interested students through calls, messages, or emails. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments. Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth student onboarding. Represent the organization professionally and maintain a high level of communication skills.
