Usually a heavy shopper..had a basic makeup emergency in the mall..if you ain’t shopping heavy they really don’t care..staff needs to learn the basics! They told me at the desk that your billing is not too much it was still 8k you guys..horrible experience..so much horrible..I had to take time out to write a review!

There's nothing here that one can't find in any other cosmetic/perfume store. They do have a variety of their face masks, which are good. Rest of the things are very average. They have a very limited collection of men's and women's perfume. Good range of cosmetics.

Never buy a gift card of this Sephora. They are very inflexible. Want u to use it in 1 go. Cant add more money to it or even exchange. Bad attitude of store manager. Love to see this get replaced with ecommerce.

Amazing products as always. The sales people have a slight nasty attitude thinking the customer is dumb. Well the customers of today are cognizant of what they want and from where they want. No wonder people online shopping has taken over.

Worst customer executives. Not ready to help at all. They will lie on your face that huda doesn’t have concealers, makeup forever doesn’t have concealers with their motive to trick you into buying some brand that they are selling. Sephora should look into this
