Help prepare basic spend and performance reports under senior guidance. Ensure campaigns run within defined budgets. Omnichannel Lead Generation Support Execute and monitor lead generation campaigns on: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) – Instant Forms and retargeting ads YouTube – Awareness and lead-driven video campaigns WhatsApp Marketing – Click-to-WhatsApp and lead follow-ups Support the lead journey from ad click to CRM/WhatsApp follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead response. Campaign Execution for Franchise Clients Support launch of standard franchise campaigns such as: New franchise openings Seasonal promotions Franchise recruitment campaigns Assist in A/B testing of creatives and messaging across locations. Creative & Brand Support Create and adapt social media posts, ad creatives, banners, and basic videos using Canva or similar tools. Ensure all creatives follow defined brand guidelines. Support creation of editable templates for franchise partners. Assist in maintaining consistency across digital and offline marketing assets. 5. Documentation & Playbook Support Assist in updating marketing SOPs and campaign guidelines. Support documentation of best practices for franchise marketing execution. Maintain organized records of templates, creatives, and campaign processes.
