Founding Designer (UI/UX)

Role Overview: As a Founding Designer (UI/UX) at our young AI startup in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and contributing to the branding and visual identity of the company. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide creative input to ensure an intuitive and engaging user journey. Being a key member of the founding team, you will have the opportunity to shape the design philosophy and play an integral role in building our company's design culture. Key Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications - Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups - Contribute to the branding and visual identity of the company - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - Provide creative input to ensure an intuitive and engaging user journey - Shape the design philosophy and design culture of the company Qualifications: - Proficiency in Visual Design and creating Mockups - Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) principles - Basic understanding of Front-End Development to align with interactive design elements - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field - Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach to design - Previous experience in startups or working on early-stage products is a plus,
