Sourcing & Closing Manager Real Estate Sales will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution , including on-ground lead generation, broker/channel partner engagement, site visits, client counselling, negotiations, and booking closures for exclusive mandate residential projects in Mumbai & MMR. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Lead Generation Generate qualified leads and site walk-ins through on-ground sourcing Build and manage broker, channel partner (CP), and referral networks Conduct society activations, roadshows, canopy activities, and micro-market sourcing Ensure lead quality, buyer intent, and proper qualification before site visits Maintain daily MIS, sourcing trackers, and lead reports Site Visits & Closing Handle walk-ins and sourced clients at project sites Conduct project presentations, site visits, and detailed client counselling Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory Manage price negotiations, objections, and deal closures Drive booking confirmations and documentation support Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and developer teams Ensure smooth client handover and transaction completion Maintain accurate sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure MIS Achieve monthly revenue, unit, and activity targets Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in Mumbai/MMR real estate sales Experience in real estate sourcing, closing, or mandate project sales Strong local market knowledge and active broker network Two-wheeler or vehicle mandatory Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Willingness to work on site-based, field sales roles Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary + High Performance-Based Incentives Salary Range: 20,000 – 1,00,000 per month (Negotiable) Immediate joiners preferred
