Very Poor billing and discharge procedure of Fortis Gurugram. Patient has to wait for hours to get the billing clearance. Nursing staff is very good and caring. They take care of patient very well. Sumaiya Parvin gives personal attention to my father and giver her best service. I rate her as one of the best staff in the hospital.

Never visit here. Doctors may be good. Other than that everything is a mess. No protocols. Everything unsystematic. Even report collection is task here as only a single person in the report collection counter. Even he is writing things on register, Seriously in tech city like Gurgaon. Management is the worst.
