Preferred candidate profile

Experience into purchasing of raw materials and the chemicals.

- Compounding (checking the quality)

- Quality charges (Supari, Katha, etc.)

- Pan masala mixing with flavoring of pan masala

- Head chemist predicting the QC for pan masala unit

- Becoming aware of any impurities of ingredients in the compound

- Needing to know how to make pan masala from scratch

- Having knowledge of all ingredients of raw materials used in making pan masala

- Understanding the Q/A of super betel nut/calculating the moisture content

- Giving suggestions on wastage and providing the R&D compilation by betel nut for pan masala

- The candidate should have technical knowledge and skills related to the composition of superior Katha.

- The candidate should know how to analyze the quality of raw materials using relevant procedures, such as:

- Catechin quantity in the sample of Katha

- Ash content in Katha

- Quality of other raw materials, such as lime, methanol, cardomen, etc.

- The candidate should handle the complete batch production and have thorough quality control (QC) skills.

- The candidate will be handling a team of assistant chemical laborers for mixing, packaging, and operating the machinery.

- Experience in a pan masala unit is mandatory.
