Job Description: As an Operation Manager for the Bangalore branch, you will be responsible for overseeing operations related to food raw materials. Your role will involve ensuring smooth functioning of all processes and activities related to the sourcing, handling, and distribution of food raw materials. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the procurement of food raw materials - Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels - Implement quality control measures to maintain the standards of raw materials - Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships - Monitor expenses and budgets related to raw materials operations Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in managing operations in the food industry is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of effective team management - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers.
