Responsibilities: Responsible for Sales of the entire range of products for the assigned territory. Handling distribution network of the assigned territory. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in retail outlets. Expanding the coverage by aggressive Sales promotion activities. Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with Super Stockiest, Distributors & Retailers etc. Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and activity reports. Submit daily and monthly sales reports to the sales manager. Track stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment. Work in line with company's vision and policy. Desired Profile: Candidates having relevant experience in FMCG Sales of consumer goods [Pickles/ Spices/ Masalas/Confectionery/ Biscuits/ Oils] Good communication skills, relationship building skills, team handling skills.
