About Folonite Folonite is building diagnostic and reliability infrastructure for EV charging systems in India. Our first product focuses on charger downtime analysis, fault diagnostics, and operational clarity for charging station owners and operators. We are not building features on assumptions — everything we ship is driven by real operator pain and real-world feedback. We are currently in the early customer acquisition phase , working closely with EV operators, OEM-linked service teams, and ecosystem partners. Role Overview We are looking for EV Channel Associates — individuals who already have access to, or relationships within, the EV charging ecosystem. This is not a traditional sales role . You will not be expected to cold-call, push scripts, or hit artificial targets. Your role is to: Open doors Facilitate introductions Help Folonite reach genuine EV charging operators who face downtime and operational challenges What You’ll Do Introduce Folonite to EV charging station owners, operators, or service partners Coordinate initial conversations or demos (founder will join key calls) Help us understand real operator pain points from the field Act as a bridge between Folonite and the EV ecosystem Who This Role Is For This role is ideal if you are: Already working in or closely connected to the EV charging ecosystem An ex-employee, consultant, freelancer, or associate of: EV charging companies Charger OEMs EV operations / maintenance firms Someone active in EV-focused professional networks, groups, or communities You do not need prior SaaS sales experience. Compensation (Commission-Based) This is a commission-only role (no fixed salary at this stage). Commission Structure (per customer closed): ₹4,000 after successful onboarding and first payment ₹4,000 after the customer completes the second month (retention-based) Total: ₹8,000 per retained customer (~1 month MRR) Commissions are capped per associate during the early phase to ensure quality engagement and long-term fit.
