An awesome Technical Support Engineer to support our international clients remotely. You’ll ensure smooth game operations, diagnose and resolve hardware/electronics issues, and coordinate spare parts logistics—keeping players entertained without interruptions. What you’ll do (be awesome!) Remote Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve electronics/hardware issues for global clients via online support. Warranty & Support : Manage service requests under our 1-year warranty & ANC service. Training & Documentation : Create manuals, video tutorials, and guide operators in basic troubleshooting. Fast Issue Resolution : Close support tickets within 24–72 hours and dispatch spare parts within 48 hours when needed. Support Tools : Use TeamViewer, AnyDesk etcto manage tickets and remote sessions. Inventory & Logistics : Coordinate spare parts shipping for quick international delivery. Proactive Monitoring : Deploy tools to detect and prevent issues before they impact gameplay. What you’ll bring (pure awesomeness!) 1–3 years’ experience in electronics support or hardware diagnostics. Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCB troubleshooting, and connectivity issues. Basic technical setup & debugging skills across electronics, electrical, and software . Strong English communication, organizational skills, and comfort with Google Sheets/Docs .
