Position: Regional Manager / State Manager / Area Sales Manager B2C Sales (Consumer Lighting) Locations : Maharashtra | Gujarat | Tamil Nadu | Karnataka | Rajasthan | MP | Punjab | UP | Bihar | Kerala Industry : Consumer Lighting / Electricals / Modular Switches Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Development Build and launch the B2C channel for the lighting brand from start. Identify and onboard channel partners, distributors, and multi-brand lighting retailers . Establish channel policies, pricing structure, margin strategy, and territory planning. 2. Retail Expansion Strategically drive retail presence in priority cities/towns across India. Identify key retail clusters and lighting showrooms for product placement. 3. Team Building & Leadership Hire and lead a field sales team (ASMs, TSEs, and In-shop Promoters). Define and monitor sales KPIs , territory planning, beat coverage, and secondary sales reporting. Build a performance-driven culture through structured reviews and on-ground coaching. 4. Sales Growth & Target Achievement Own and deliver on monthly/quarterly sales targets for the B2C vertical. Regularly analyze secondary sales, stock movement, and market gaps. Manage retailer incentives, sell-out schemes, and promotional offers. 5. Product & Market Feedback Capture competitor intelligence, pricing trends, and customer preferences. 6. Operations & Channel Health Implement robust retail systems POS visibility, dealer claims, channel hygiene. Maintain strong collections discipline and channel profitability. Leverage CRM tools for tracking sales development, enablers and conversion What We’re Looking For 8–15 years in Channel & Dealer Sales & retail sales in Lighting & Electricals Qualification MBA and Bachelors in any field / B tech. Eagerness to learn and adapt new technology & Market dynamics. Entrepreneurial mindset. Proven experience in LIGHTING specific channel expansion, sales team handling and target delivery. Strong relationship & understanding of local Channel network , retailer dynamics, and market mapping Hands-on mindset with a positive attitude – ready to lead the market from zero Excellent execution, negotiation and relationship-building skills Role & responsibilities Why Join Us?
