Role Overview The Accounts & Admin Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate administrative activities efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts using Tally , ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Record receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and other routine accounting entries. Assist in preparation and maintenance of MIS reports for management review. Perform basic reconciliations, including bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents for audit and internal review. Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary financial information and documentation. Administration Responsibilities Handle day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation. Courier & Logistics Coordination: Manage dispatch, receipt, tracking, and follow-ups with courier service providers. Ensure timely delivery of documents, study materials, and official correspondence. Maintain records of inward and outward couriers, including tracking details, bills, and acknowledgements. Maintain basic administrative records, files, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine administrative requirements. Support internal teams with administrative and documentation-related tasks as required. General Responsibilities Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all assigned work. Follow internal processes, controls, and reporting timelines. Support management with ad-hoc accounts and administrative tasks when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Basic working knowledge of Tally and accounting principles. Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and record-keeping. Good organisational and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage routine tasks independently. Prior experience in an educational institution or service organisation is an advantage. Experience 0–3 years of experience in Accounts and/or Administration roles.
