About the Role We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Partner Acquisition Executive to connect with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and other organizations to promote Flyhi Finance’s products. The role involves tele calling, lead generation, follow-ups and coordination to acquire new institutional partners and loan customers. Key Responsibilities 1. B2B – Education Loan Partnerships (Institutions) Call schools, colleges, coaching centres and other educational institutions. Pitch Flyhi Finance’s Education Loan / Student Fee Financing partnership. Explain partnership benefits, process flow and onboarding requirements. Fix meetings for senior team / business head. Maintain follow-up trackers and ensure timely communication. 2. B2C – Loan Against Property (For Institutions & Business Owners) Connect with owners/trustees of schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other business entities. Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP). Collect basic financial and business details and coordinate with sales team. 3. B2C – Unsecured Loans for Schools Reach out to schools for unsecured business loans. Understand their financial requirements and share relevant product information. 4. General Responsibilities Maintain daily calling reports and CRM updates. Achieve calling and lead targets. Ensure high professional communication and customer handling. Coordinate with internal sales teams for lead closure. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of tele calling or customer outreach experience (education/finance sector preferred). Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages are a plus). Ability to handle objection, convince decision-makers, and generate interest. Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
