About the job: The candidate would play ga reat role in the growth of the ARMII (start-up). Position as ARMII- 'Team Member'. As the ARMII has great vision to achieve large-scale goals, the team member must have to remember that, he/she is accepted as another cause of any kind of growth of the ARMII, too. Key Responsibilities: 1. Flutter development (front and back), including internal and external services 2. Updating 'regular progress report (R.P.R)' 3. Maintaining the deadline 4. Providing all required cooperation and efforts to ARMII for its growth (being a cause for organizational growth) 5. Being 100% loyal, responsible, and serious in work and for ARMII's positive growth Behaviour & mind-set (must): 1. Can do teamwork in a team-friendly and cooperative manner 2. Loyal, responsible, passionate, situation-understanding mindset towards ARMII 3. Can accept and face any challenges/environment as per situations and solve problems to overcome 4. Positive, patient, responsive, cooperative, and broad-minded 5. Providing proper and true cooperation and effort required for the positive growth of ARMII (start-up) 6. Serious and responsive in work/task and for brand/organizational positive growth Work/duty type (genuine): 1. Flexible timing and work from home for external projects (minimum load) 2. Providing all types of efforts and helping in organizational growth for self-growth too 3. Less pressure (medium seed level) 4. Parallel job allowance (P.J.L) Location & commitment: 1. Work from home (W\.F.H) 2. The applicant shall work a flexible time zone (6 days) 3. Efforts and team cooperation are a must for the positive growth of ARMII, including the team ARMII Job security (committed): 1. Long-term to permanent job 2.
