As we expand, we are looking for a talented Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and drive the development of our mobile applications. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with extensive experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flutter, Dart, and mobile app architectures. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services. Debug and resolve technical issues, improving application reliability. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high coding standards and best practices. Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends to drive innovation within the team. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in mobile development with at least 2 years specializing in Flutter and Dart. Strong understanding of state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.). Proficiency in mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.). Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations. Solid knowledge of Firebase, authentication methods, push notifications, and analytics tools. Familiarity with native development (Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift) is a plus. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of animations and custom UI components in Flutter. Experience in working with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
