Flow Production Tracking Engineer Developer Support (Ruby,React)

As an Autodesk Flow Production Tracking Engineer and subject matter expert, you will be part of the Developer Support Program, directly supporting customers in VFX, TV, Games, Construction, and Automotive industries. Your role will involve collaborating with developers, designers, QAs, and product owners to troubleshoot, design, and develop product fixes and enhancements. You will play a key role in developing high-quality code, writing functional tests, and contributing to technical designs to ensure the success of our customers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with customers in India to advise, diagnose, and help solve production management workflow issues. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience with React, Ruby, JavaScript, or similar web technologies. Additionally, familiarity with database configuration, particularly PostgreSQL, and strong technical troubleshooting skills are required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience in VFX or Games production, knowledge of Game and Film Production Pipelines, and familiarity with languages such as Python, C++, etc. Experience with Autodesk products like Arnold, Maya, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, and Flow Capture is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are highly valued.
