Position: Floor Manager

Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for monitoring daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining store standards to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and display standards.
• Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and handle customer issues effectively.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Previous retail or operations management experience preferred.

Position: Cashier

Job Summary:
The Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, maintaining cash records, and providing friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions to maintain transaction records.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and returns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
• Support sales staff during peak business hours.
• Report discrepancies and operational issues to management.

Requirements:

• Basic mathematics and computer skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash.
• Prior cashier experience is an advantage.

Job Title: Retail Sales Officer

Job Summary: Responsible for achieving sales targets, assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock availability and ensuring excellent customer service while following company policies and procedures.

Reporting To: Store Manager.

Primary Objective: To maximize sales, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the retail business.

Position: Telecaller

Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers, generating leads, promoting products or services, and maintaining customer relationships through telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, offers, and promotions.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
