Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Floor In-Charge for the Ather Service Center in Tirur . The ideal candidate will oversee daily service floor operations, coordinate technicians, ensure timely job delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the vehicle service floor. Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor workflow efficiency. Ensure all service procedures are followed as per Ather standards. Coordinate with the service advisor to manage job cards, priority tasks, and delivery deadlines. Conduct quality checks on completed jobs before delivery. Handle customer complaints related to service work and resolve them professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred 1+ years experience in a similar role (EV experience is a plus) Strong communication and coordination skills Good understanding of service workflows and technical issues Basic computer knowledge (Excel, job card software) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday Off) Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives How to Apply: Interested candidates from Tirur and nearby areas can contact us directly to 7736550025 Preference will be given to immediate joiners .
