Floor Coordinator

• Manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, nursing staff, and front-office teams.
• Oversee patient registration, appointments, consultations, diagnostic tests, and billing coordination.
• Monitor patient waiting time and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure staff availability, duty allocation, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Maintain daily operational reports, patient records, and MIS data.
• Monitor hospital equipment, housekeeping, and floor maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, hygiene standards, and NABH quality protocols.
• Support the Operations Manager in improving efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Track patient feedback and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve operational issues and minimize delays.
