Job Description: We are seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer to join our team responsible for building enterprise-level video surveillance software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, architecture, coding, release, and maintenance. You will contribute to developing new system capabilities and features within a complex distributed environment involving advanced video and data management at scale, backend services, databases, and integration with FLIR and third-party devices and solutions. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a reputed institute 2-5 years of experience as a backend developer Strong programming skills in C# .NET Knowledge of .NET frameworks Experience with SQL databases Fluent in English Preferred Skills: Experience with .NET WinForms for enterprise-level applications Multi-threaded programming in high-performance systems Strong software design skills for distributed and scalable architectures Ability to lead development processes from requirements to testing Experience in server-side development and infrastructure Knowledge of video/audio streaming over IP (advantage) Familiarity with cloud architecture (advantage) Understanding of network and cybersecurity principles (advantage) Experience with RESTful Web Services Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain large-scale systems using C# .NET Enhance and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET WinForms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
