This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated to create systems, close deals, and drive growth from the ground up. We are seeking a data-driven SEO and Ads Marketing Manager (freelance/contract/agency) to drive organic and paid growth across search and performance channels, owning strategy, execution, budgets, and full-funnel reporting to maximize ROI and conversions. Role Drive growth across organic search and paid ads, from strategy to execution, with clear ownership of outcomes and ROI . Work flexibly with in-house teams to plan, run, and report on integrated marketing efforts. What You Will Own SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; keyword research; content optimization; site health fixes; link building. Paid ads: plan, launch, and optimize campaigns (Google/social if relevant); align ads with landing pages; hit CPA/ROAS targets. Budget: manage and forecast ad spend; pace, reallocate, and scale what works. Analytics: set up tracking (GA4/Tag Manager/Search Console), define conversion goals, build funnel dashboards, and report insights regularly.
