Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure daily delivery rider supply targets are achieved by coordinating and managing field recruiters.
Monitor Delivery Executive (DE) productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure the required number of Delivery Executives log in daily to meet delivery requirements.
Monitor and ensure timely collection and settlement of Cash on Delivery (COD) from delivery riders.
Support customer retention by maintaining smooth and reliable delivery operations.

Preferred candidate profil

Experience: 2
-4
years in Fleet Management within a logistics company.
Industry: Logistics / Hyperlocal Delivery.
Relevant Experience: Fleet Operations, Last-Mile Delivery, Rider Management, and Delivery Operations.
Locations: Hyderabad.
