Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior GSA (Guest Service Associate) based in Hyderabad. As a Senior GSA, you will be responsible for overseeing daily guest services operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards. Responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, addressing queries or concerns, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications Customer service and guest relations skills to provide outstanding experiences and address client inquiries professionally Team coordination and communication skills for effective collaboration and smooth operations Problem-solving and organizational abilities for handling guest concerns and managing tasks efficiently Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the hospitality or service industry A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced on-site environment Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional training in hospitality or a related field is a plus
