Partner with Brand Managers to address challenges, improve processes, and refine success strategies. Create and update brand management best practices for operational efficiency. Align Brand Managers with company standards for consistent project execution. Monitor brand management performance, recommending improvements. Stay current on industry trends to incorporate innovative practices. Mentoring Training Brand Managers, promoting continuous learning and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand management with company goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Several years of experience in brand management, preferably within an agency or aggregator environment.
