The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights to drive performance and ensure smooth functioning of the collections process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Data Management & Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from field collection teams across regions. Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review. Generate performance dashboards, collection reports, agent productivity reports, and aging reports. Perform data validation, verification, and cleaning to ensure data accuracy. 2. Analytical Insights: Analyze field collections data to identify trends, problem areas, and improvement opportunities. Provide data-driven insights for optimizing field collections strategies. Develop and present analytical reports on collections performance, team efficiency, and region-wise collections. 3. System & Process Management: Manage and update collections software (CRM) with real-time data inputs. Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for field collection data from all regions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
