Job Description We are hiring Junior Engineers capable of working independently to build panel boards for our fully automatic bag conversion machines. The candidate must also be able to complete field wiring as per the design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform panel wiring independently as per design and quality standards. Perform field wiring independently as per the wiring layout and design. Upload and download PLC and HMI programs into the machine. Carry out manual testing and checking after installation. Should be capable of handling and coordinating with 23 subordinates or juniors. Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of panel board and field wiring. Familiar with components such as: Induction motor, servo motor VFD drives, servo drives Contactors, relays, OLR, SSR Sensors, thermocouples HMI and PLC wiring DBR, MCP, SMPS, micro stepper NONC elements, fuses, soldering Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and wiring logic is essential. Occasional travel required typically 3 to 4 days, once every 3 to 4 months, for on-site service support.
