The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a service-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Handle admission enquiries from parents and prospective students via phone, email, or in person. Provide detailed information about school programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures. Assist parents in completing registration forms and ensure submission of required documents. Coordinate and schedule entrance examinations, interviews, and campus visits. Conduct initial screening of applicants based on school admission criteria. Make follow-up calls to parents regarding admission status, pending documents, and upcoming appointments. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, registrations, and admissions in the school database. Support in organizing admission-related events, open houses, and promotional activities. Requirements & Skills: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or related field preferred). 13 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM/database management.
