Fiori Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Fiori Tech Lead at Project Voyager, you will be spearheading the design of intuitive and engaging SAP Fiori applications that align with Diageo's business objectives. Your user-centric approach will involve conducting discovery workshops to map current UX solutions to future state technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborating with Value Stream Solution Architects and Data Solution Architects, you will integrate design solutions within operational, planning, and analytical applications. Additionally, you will develop wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and establish design standards that promote consistency across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design Leadership: Spearhead the design of intuitive and engaging SAP Fiori applications aligned with business objectives. - User-Centric Approach: Conduct discovery workshops to map current UX solutions to future state technologies. - Collaboration: Work closely with Value Stream Solution Architects and Data Solution Architects for integration. - Prototyping & Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs. - Design Standards & Guidelines: Establish design standards for consistency across digital platforms. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field; Masters preferred. - Extensive experience in UI/UX design with a focus on SAP Fiori applications.
