Finite Element Analysis Engineer (FEA Engineer)

You will be joining Creative Synergies Group as a Finite Element Analysis Engineer (FEA Engineer) with 5-8 years of experience and a B.E/B Tech educational qualification in the domain of Off-highway vehicles / Construction Equipment / Automotive (heavy Commercial Vehicles). **Role Overview:** As an FEA Engineer at Creative Synergies Group, your role will involve providing FEA Engineering support for the design and development of off-highway construction equipment. You will be responsible for conducting Finite Element Analysis of structural systems and components, utilizing tools such as ANSYS Workbench and Classic. Your expertise in Static, Nonlinear, Dynamic Analysis, Explicit, Rotor dynamics, Composites, Space claim, and Design modeler will be crucial for optimizing designs in coordination with design engineers. Additionally, you will be expected to work independently under minimum supervision while adhering to ASME, API, EN, and BS standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide FEA Engineering Support for design and development of off-highway construction equipment - Conduct Finite Element Analysis of structural systems and components - Utilize ANSYS Workbench and Classic for analysis - Perform Static, Nonlinear, Dynamic Analysis, Explicit, Rotor dynamics, Composites - Proficiency in Space claim and Design modeler - Engage in hand calculations and problem solving - Coordinate with design engineers to optimize designs - Collaborate with stakeholders for inputs, queries, and reviews - Demonstrate good knowledge in ASME, API, EN, and BS standards - Work independently under minimum supervision **Qualifications Required:** - B.E/B Tech in Engineering - Proficiency in ANSYS Workbench & Classic - Ability to perform Hand calculations, Weld calculations, and understand Material properties - Knowledge in Hyper mesh / Abaqus - Experience in parametrizing and writing macros - Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills Please note that Creative Synergies Group is a global technology services company with 40+ Fortune 500 clients and a strong presence in the Transportation, Energy/Process Industry, Industrial Products, and Hi-Tech verticals.
