Role Overview

Noctowls is seeking a Fine Arts–qualified Digital Artist with a strong foundation in contemporary anime and stylized illustration.
The role involves creating original, print-ready artworks for gaming deskmat designs and brand-related poster creatives.

This is a deliverables-focused role requiring professional execution and adherence to defined design standards.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from a recognized university
• Ownership of a Digital Drawing Tablet
• Ownership of a Laptop capable of handling professional design software
• Demonstrated proficiency in contemporary anime / cartoon illustration styles
• Ability to deliver high-resolution, print-ready artwork files

Required Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Digital illustration workflows for large-format and merchandise printing
• Layer management, color accuracy, and export standards

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original illustration concepts for gaming deskmat products
• Design posters and supporting visual assets aligned with brand aesthetics
• Execute designs as per creative briefs and timelines
• Ensure all deliverables meet commercial print and quality standards

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong academic grounding in Fine Arts
• Experience in commercial illustration or merchandise design
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Consistent output and deadline adherence
