Job Description

Bachelors degree or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, M.C.A, or M.Sc. (CS), or CA
9-13 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or process improvement
Experience supporting FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience developing standard operating procedures, variance analyses, or management reporting

Preferred:

Experience with OneStream or Anaplan
Experience with automation tools, including robotic process automation, macros, or scripting
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Experience supporting Fortune 100 clients
Knowledge of consulting commercial models, including time and materials and fixed fee
Lean, Six Sigma, or change management certification
