Financial Modelling Manager (POWER BI)

As a Financial Modelling Manager at RSM, located in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, your primary responsibility will be to lead financial and business planning projects, pricing strategies, feasibility studies, cost modeling, and working capital analysis. You will play a crucial role in gathering client requirements and developing data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx to cater to customized reporting needs. Additionally, you will design, deploy, and troubleshoot dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Service, utilizing advanced DAX formulas. Your expertise in financial modeling, backed by a strong accounting and financing background, will be essential for this role. Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, including advanced DAX usage, as well as experience with Alteryx Designer for creating workflows and apps, will be key technical skills required. While knowledge of SQL is preferred, it is not mandatory. Moreover, familiarity with Advanced MS Excel, Power Query, and Macros will be advantageous, along with a willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, such as an MBA, PGDBM, CFA, or CA. With at least 8-10 years of experience in financial modeling, data transformation, and visualization projects, including leading teams of 4-5 members, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role.
