About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and accounting data using Tally.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly performance statements.
• Perform sales, expense, profitability, and cost analysis.
• Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports using formulas, lookup functions, and Pivot Tables.
• Monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies or unusual trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and analyze financial information.
• Learn and adapt to new software, reporting tools, and business processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
