As a Finance Manager, your role will involve preparing monthly financial reports, which includes balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis. You will also be responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of financial information will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other departments within the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (AS) and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly financial reports such as balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis - Conduct financial planning and analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern - Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for timely delivery of financial information - Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other departments - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and regulatory requirements Qualifications Required: - 9-14 years of experience in finance function with a focus on financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis - Strong knowledge of AS (Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for report preparation and presentation Please note that night shifts will be mandatory for this role.
