Finance Specialist

Basic Function

GPASS is primarily responsible for:

• Analysis and reconciliation of financial data
• Time entry Compliance reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate data flow amongst various financial applications and data maintenance.
• Extracting the Time compliance & Utilization Reports
• Generation, activation & deactivation of Project codes related to IPCAD & CRE
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards.
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is following predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence.
• Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor
• Provide floor support in Supervisor’s absence
• Disseminate Process knowledge to new joiners
• Conduct SKTs/ Refreshers for existing Team members
• Responsible for functional as well as MGCC Finance Operations level initiatives

• 
  Responsible for performing process deliverables on daily/weekly/monthly basis
