Finance Planning And Analysis Manager

As a Finance Planning and Analysis professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the organization. You will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement, providing data-driven insights to drive business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in this role, as you work closely with senior management to offer expert advice on financial planning and analysis. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies will also be within your scope of responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 9-14 years of experience in finance planning & analysis or related field. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification. - Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis, FPNA (Financial Planning & Analysis). - Proven track record of working in a similar role within an NGO/social services/industry associations setting. Please note that night shifts will be mandatory for this role.
