Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the overall finance, accounts, taxation and financial operations of the organisation.
Develop financial strategies, budgets, cash-flow forecasts and long-term financial plans.
Manage project finance, construction finance, working capital and fund allocation across real estate projects.
Handle banking relationships, loans, credit facilities and financial negotiations with banks and NBFCs.
Monitor project profitability, costing, financial performance and investment returns.
Ensure statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC and other regulatory requirements.
Drive financial planning, MIS reporting, internal controls and cost optimisation.
Manage audits, financial statements, balance sheets and annual budgeting.
Oversee financial risk management and ensure effective utilisation of company funds.

Candidate Profile

ICWA / CMA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts.
Strong experience in the
Real Estate / Construction Industry is mandatory
.
Proven expertise in project finance, fund management, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage large-scale financial operations and lead the finance team.
