Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Transactions: Record daily purchase, sales, receipt, and journal entries. [1]
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, handle client invoicing, manage employee reimbursement claims, and track outstanding payments. [1, 2]
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, cash, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations to resolve discrepancies. [1, 2]
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, profit/loss statements, and balance sheets. [1, 2]
Statutory Compliance: Support timely filings and compliance for Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and income tax. [1, 2]
Audits: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by organizing financial documents and vouchers. [1, 2]
Budget Support: Track departmental expenses, monitor cost controls, and assist management with cash flow planning. [1]

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
