Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month

Reporting To: CFO

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Executive to manage the company's overall financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting.

The candidate will work closely with the CFO, external Finance Consultant, and internal Accountant to ensure effective financial management and business performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.

- Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and profitability.

- Manage accounts payable, receivables, and outstanding payments.

- Prepare P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial MIS.

- Analyse university-wise revenue, commissions, and business performance (B2C, B2B, B2A).

- Manage and monitor financial data using Zoho Books.

- Coordinate with the Accountant for reconciliations and accurate financial records.

- Review payroll, incentives, reimbursements, and employee costs.

- Coordinate with the CFO and Finance Consultant for GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Support audits, financial closing, and management reporting.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- 2–4 years of relevant finance experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books.

- Good knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, P&L, and cash flow management.

- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.

- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Note: This is a 360° Finance Operations role, not a conventional accounting or bookkeeping position.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
