We are seeking an experienced Data Intelligence Specialist with a background in Supply Chain Management and Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions that enhance supply chain operations and decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities include: - Data assessment for clients using different frameworks and supporting clients to build a successful data strategy. - Working closely with IT, supply chain, and other stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Developing strategies to validate, clean, transform, and monitor data to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, reliability, and timeliness for intended uses. - Overseeing key standard reports and dashboards, ensuring legal and other compliance standards are followed. - Writing and maintaining data documentation, collaborating with IT, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. - Staying current with the latest trends and technologies on Data in supply chain management to recommend improvements and innovations. - Participating in the full lifecycle of data governance projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation review. - Performing Data Analysis and Data Manipulation as per client requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategic initiatives. - Having strong SQL, data integration, and handling skills. - Developing data pipelines with ETL tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Alteryx, and exposure to AI Models, Python for Data Cleaning/Standardization. To qualify for the role, you must have: - 3+ years of experience in any of the ETL tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica, SSIS, Talend, Alteryx, with strong SQL/PLSQL skills. - Expertise in Data Intelligence Cloud, Data Quality/Cleansing with strong experience in data quality/maturity frameworks. - Expertise in Data Governance design and setup and familiarity with data quality standards, data profiling, data quality assessment, data quality reporting, data cleaning, monitoring and control, data governance. - Experience with data intelligence cloud platforms like Snowflake, Azure, Databricks. Ideally, youll also have: - Exceptional communication skills to build strong business relationships with senior executives. - Superior internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate, and influence strategic outcomes. - Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities as a Data Strategist. - Ability to build storylines and translate complex solutions into clear & understandable content and context. - Knowledge of collecting and identifying business requirements and translating them into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
