Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Final Quality Control Inspector to join our production team. The primary responsibility will be to perform thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet all established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements before being packaged and shipped.

Key Responsibilities

Product Inspection:
Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of finished goods, components, or assemblies using established procedures, specifications, and checklists.
Measurement & Testing:
Utilize various precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify product dimensions and functionality against engineering drawings and specifications.
Documentation:
Accurately record and document all inspection results, defects, and non-conformities in inspection reports, logs, or the quality database.
Non-Conformance Management:
Identify and tag rejected products/materials, ensuring they are properly segregated and preventing them from proceeding to the customer.
Collaboration:
Communicate inspection results and collaborate with production teams and quality management to address quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Compliance:
Ensure all inspection activities adhere to relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and company safety policies.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain inspection equipment by following operating instructions and ensuring calibration requirements are met.
