Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Finacle Application Support Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and enhance Finacle core banking applications. The ideal candidate will provide L1, L2, or L3 support, ensuring seamless banking operations, issue resolution, and system optimizations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support Finacle Core Banking and related modules. Provide incident management by diagnosing and resolving application issues. Work on EOD/EOM/EOY batch processing and troubleshoot failures. Handle user management, access provisioning, and security roles. Collaborate with business teams to resolve functional issues. Work with database administrators (DBAs) to optimize Finacle performance. Apply patches, fixes, and upgrades as needed. Develop and run SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting. Automate routine tasks using scripts (Shell, Python, or PL/SQL). Ensure compliance with IT security and banking regulations. Document resolutions, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Coordinate with Finacle vendor (Infosys) for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
