Role Summary Creative, detail-oriented in-house designer to help us elevate our visual storytelling. As part of our team, you’ll craft compelling infographics, social content, and data exhibits while managing the design and upkeep of our websites and digital products. Your work will play a central role in engaging our audience and enhancing our brand presence. Collaborate on crafting unique design digital campaigns for our clients, which will result in unique and standalone digital experiences. Expected Responsibilities: Design and deliver infographics and data exhibits that make complex data accessible and engaging, supporting our editorial team in telling clear, impactful stories. Take ownership of our blog, website, and newsletters, creating layouts that reflect our brand identity and provide a seamless user experience. Ensure designs are updated and maintained daily. Oversee the design and layout for website pages, from concept through to final execution, including any custom technical implementations, for custom branded client partnerships. Uphold and evolve our brand identity across digital channels, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms. Help our multimedia and video teams follow design best practices. Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating fresh, innovative approaches into your work. Expected Skills: 1-3 years of experience working in a design function full time, or equivalent part-time and consulting experience. Proven experience in designing infographics and data exhibits and a strong portfolio showcasing experience with website design, social content, and branding. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.) Solid understanding of HTML/CSS; familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles is a plus.
