Role & responsibilities Supervises the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day- to-day basis. Owner of all SOPs followed in all Cinema activities and ensures 100% compliance of the same. Maintains the standards of service as laid in the Brand standards and ensures 100% compliance of the same. Co-ordinates functions and activities with other department heads as assigned. Monitors and controls, on an on-going basis. Establishes and maintains effective customer/employee relation. Sets up targets/ goals for the department, makes constant effort to achieve the same.
