Figma Expert

You are a talented and detail-oriented Figma Expert who will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces using Figma. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring digital experiences to life from concept to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Key Responsibilities: - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma as the primary design tool. - Create and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI kits in Figma. - Translate product requirements and user research into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on design solutions. - Ensure design consistency across products while advocating for usability and accessibility. - Conduct design reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to peers. - Stay current with the latest Figma updates, plugins, and design best practices. Technical Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Figma (essential). - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile-first development. - Experience creating and managing design systems and component libraries. - Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Zeplin, Storybook, or similar handoff/collaboration tools. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs translate into code (no coding required but appreciated). Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop) is a plus. - Understanding of UX research principles and how to apply user feedback to design. Soft Skills: - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organization.
