As a Field Training Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for field staff. You will conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that the staff has the necessary knowledge and skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify training needs and design targeted solutions. You should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. You should also possess the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. Experience with training management systems and software applications, as well as strong project management and organizational skills, will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.
