About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer service requests, diagnose equipment or machine problems, and provide timely and effective solutions
2. Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and installations of equipment and machinery
3. Conduct preventive maintenance checks and routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to address customer needs and provide technical assistance
5. Document service activities including service reports, repair logs, and customer communication, to maintain accurate records and ensure traceability
